Interactive documentaries, known as well as webdocs are a communication tool which is becoming particularly important in recent years. Unlike traditional film documentary, webdoc allows the recipient a non-linear reading, selecting the direction and order of viewing the different sections that comprise it. Moreover, the webdoc takes from the mobilization documentary its explicit political character, with the clear aim to influence the social agenda and public awareness. In this paper we analyze the case of OResponsables, made to alert people of political impunity in managing the underground accident occurred in Valencia in 2006, one of the most serious occurred in Europe. We also analyze the opportunities for participation provided by the webdoc, like the role of interactive documentary in its interaction with traditional media.
